The Gateway Pediatric Dentistry WildOnes Kids MaraFun is a unique race format that allows young people ages 4-12 to participate in their first race. On race day the course is 1.2 km but kids are encouraged to do a 4-6 week training program to log their kilometers. If they get up to 41 km by race day they will complete their first “MaraFun” on the course!
The WildOnes MaraFun racers will have the following options for participation:
Virtually -Have fun making your own 1.2K race route and run whenever you want!
St. Albert: The WildOnes MaraFun will also be returning to its original home in St. Albert at Lions Park on May 7, 2023.
Sherwood Park MaraFun: in-person race in Sherwood Park on Saturday May 6, 2023 at this satellite location.
Spruce Grove MaraFun: an in-person race in Spruce Grove on Saturday May 6, 2023 at this satellite location.
